Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Item

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Return Process

2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Ship the Item: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please:

- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@magfitofficial.com with details and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
